Maxant Extractor Repair

Hi,
l need to remove the cast iron drive wheel on my extractor to be able to paint the reel. It doesn't want to come off. I have soaked the shaft with freeing oil and just now heated the wheel with oxy/acetylene, still no joy. Has anyone removed these wheels? Is there a bolt holding it to the shaft?
Any ideas
