The "Do one thing a day theory (d.o.t.a.d.t.)" gets rid off all that stress stuff. Worked hard all through my career, missed my children growing up, lots of special occasions and family times. Spinning my wheels wherever I went, until one day I turned around and seen nothing but dust behind me and wrinkles in the mirror in front of me all the while not being that much farther ahead. I don't do that to myself anymore and life is good. I'm extremely grateful for my grand children because they give me the opportunity to relive the parts of my own children's childhood I missed.

Re: Diary Feb. 9th
You are right. I spend a lot of time with my grandkids. In fact, I am off to see two of them tonight (and my daughter, too). I also spent time with my kids as they grew up. We took them everywhere and they worked in our business.I'm extremely grateful for my grand children because they give me the opportunity to relive the parts of my own children's childhood I missed.
As for one thing a day, I'd be doing well to cut back to one thing a minute
