It can be hard to separate the wheat from the chaff, especially from articles written with a tremendous conspiracy theory bias like this. However, if Monsanto really did buy Blackwater and using them for intelligence "to spy on and infiltrate organizations of animal rights activists, anti-GM and other dirty activities of the biotech giant" it does make you raise an eyebrow.
Beekeepers often tend to be very anti-GM and anti-Monsanto. (Or at least the loud ones get heard more than the quiet beekeepers, as is usually the case.) Do beekeepers need to worry about Blackwater special ops? (half sarcastic)
I do find it ironic that honeybees were the first 'smart bombs' and were used by the Romans as a very effective catapult weapon - and now special ops may be trying to infiltrate the beekeepers. LOL
