Are there any Alberta queen breeders? Any contact information?
Seems like Beemaid brings in from California or Hawaii. Is that a good thing?

Re: Alberta Queen breeders
Albert Robertson in Saskatoon is best known for his Saskatraz bees. He sells queens and cells as well as supplying stock for US breeders and queen suppliers.

Re: Alberta Queen breeders
I think last I checked on the Saskatraz website all commercial handling of Saskatraz queens was being done by Kona Queens and Olivaerez out of Hawaii and California.

Interesting read on the Beenomics research project in BC and various stats and charts.
Queens available soon it looks like.
