I wonder if clothianidin and coumaphos together are more deadly together, than separately? Could be some interaction between them. I had several nucs around a corn field this year and there were no problems, built up well. But there was no coumaphos used in the hive and the nucs were foundationless, so it's highly doubtful there was any interaction. Just a thought.

There has been some work done on various interactions. In some cases, two pesticides are additive, and other times, one may actually reduce the effect of the other. Not sure about this specific combination.
